I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk clerk greeted me warmly and remembered me from my previous stay. The busboy was courteous and carried my bag to my room. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was great, close to the boat station and within walking distance to the city centre. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it did not disappoint! The rooms were modern and clean, with high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-stocked mini bar. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the waterfront and a buzzing night market. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. To top it off, the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both Vietnamese and Western dishes.

The slight noise coming from the street outside, but it was to be expected considering the hotel's prime location. , some of the bathroom towels could have been a bit bigger, but it didn't hinder our stay in any way.

Our hotel was situated in the heart of everything. We could easily access the buzzing day and night markets, banks, restaurants, a department store, the supermarket and even the river where we took an unforgettable trip on the Mekong Delta river. the room was clean, modern and spacious with free WiFi. We enjoyed a great selection of Asian and Western food with attentive staff in the dining room.

The exterior of the hotel was underwhelming and could use some updating to match the central location and level of service provided inside.

Outside street noise can be a nuisance for some. If possible, opt for a room on a high floor to help minimize the noise.

The location was perfect, as it was close to the boat station in the center of town and right on the beautiful Mekong Delta river. Getting a taxi was very convenient from here. The hotel offered a wide range of quality services, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. They even had a grocery shopping service available. The on-site shops and commercial services made it easy to pick up any necessities we needed. The laundry service was also a bonus. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the tours and ticket assistance desk helped us to plan our day. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The soundproofed rooms provided the enhanced comfort we were looking for. We also enjoyed the terrace and the garden furniture in the room. The shower was excellent and the refrigerator and electric kettle came in handy. The shared kitchen made it convenient for us to prepare small meals in our room. The flat-screen TV and telephone were nice to have as well. In terms of dining, the restaurant served delicious meals and we loved having breakfast in our room. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. We also appreciated the picnic area and tables for outdoor dining. The snack bar was perfect for a quick bite. The staff here were exceptional, always attentive and helpful. The spa and wellness center provided a range of services, including massages and a Turkish bath. The sun terrace was a great place to unwind. The leisure and TV room were perfect for an evening of entertainment. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
